Located in the heart of CHIJMES, the interior has been designed with an ‘industrial’ look with lots of steel and main red bricked wall of the bar, it evokes the ambiance of the wild west. The ambiance is capped by inviting color tones, eye catching art pieces and wooden furnishings that provide a casual atmosphere over quick business meeting, parties, intimate dinners, as night falls the surroundings take on an alluring, inviting moon, marked by clever use of soft lighting that gently bounces off the textured walls.

Impossible? To some, maybe, but we did it here.

This space was redesigned and refitted after the owners wanted to insert a new offering in this outlet, a line which capitalizes on their existing strengths - Freshly-made Pizzas. The space was re-oriented and now features a new modern Italian feel with the flag strips, oak finishes and Carrara marble. Together with the existing offerings of special home made ice cream and an exciting range of drinks, Verve has become a success in Clarke Quay. Following from the Clarke Quay success, Verve has opened another outlet in NTU, taking over some of the items operated by the outgoing operator. We made use of these items, put a new sparkle to the space, and produced a new Verve signature outlet.

This special project calls for creating a setting in a typical river boat into something flexible which can be used for special functions just by tinkering with the styling aspects of the interior. We re-arranged the seatings and tables, created a fabric ceiling and light coves for that special atmosphere. Using the same setting, the pictures demonstrate a transformation from a tropical-themed setting for a boat-cookout to a funky Glam Rock party theme.
